- When problems become “business as usual” — blame shifting, lack of trust, low motivation — even the best ideas never get a real chance.
- Your team may be full of potential, but without identifying and solving these hidden challenges, that potential often remains unused.
HOW?
- You will recognize the main challenges and symptoms in your team using easy-to-understand visual cards,
- You will explore the root causes, discuss them in groups, and propose methods to overcome them,
- You will set priorities and create concrete action plans to increase team effectiveness, motivation, and productivity.

Unlike traditional psychological tests that only identify challenges and obstacles in teamwork, our practical workshop uses our interactive visual team effectiveness cards to help participants identify the key teamwork problems themselves, understand their importance, and jointly—through interactive exercises—define a concrete action plan to successfully overcome them.

- How to use practical tools to solve challenges in employee relationships and communication?
